I could repurpose the intro paragraph from the last Weekly Weigh-In post without any changes and it would apply again to this post. With the exception of actually making weekly posts, everything is going along the way it should and will continue to do so provided I maintain my exercise and eating habits. I'm even entertaining thoughts of being back below 200 pounds by my birthday. Given that's a little over five weeks away, that's a very attainable goal.
