A Supreme Court Nominee's Early Onset Alzheimer's

I haven't delved too deeply into the cesspool to find out about Supreme Court nominee John Roberts, in part because I feel I don't have to. I'm sorry, but in my opinion, if you're going to nominate someone for the Surpreme Court, then he should have a judicial record that goes back further than the purchase date for most of my underwear. Beyond that, it's just ridiculous that Roberts can't seem to recall whether or not he was a member of The Federalist Society even though he was recently listed in one of their leadership directories.

Amazing, there are lots of things I don't remember. However, I'm pretty certain that I would be able to recall whether I was part of such a well-known organization (in a leadership position no less) at some point in the past 10 years. Roberts isn't saying he was never a member; he's saying he can't remember if he was a member or not. Shouldn't we demand better mental agility from our Supreme Court justices.
