Weekly Weigh-In

Gain/loss for the past week: -0.4 lbs.
Cumulative loss: 4.6
Lbs. away from goal: 5.4

Given the unexpected amount I lost at last week's weigh-in, I am perfectly okay with this week's numbers. So long as the weekly numbers continue to show a decrease, I'll be happy. 4.6 pounds over five weeks is perfectly acceptable given my current exercise and caloric intake levels.
