Musings on the Election #1

Scary, counter-intuitive thought I'm currently still contemplating the permutations and ramifications of: maybe it's a good thing the adults in this election lost. Given the talk of 2nd Amendment solutions, threats of stymieing the Supreme Court process, as well as the potential for groundless House impeachment hearings starting shortly after Inauguration Day (if not before,) what type of turmoil would we be looking at if Hillary won? I truly wonder if the damage caused by the GOP and Trump supporters in such a scenario would be worse than what we're going to see over the next few years. Furthermore, it's possible that the damage caused by Trump winning will be (comparatively) easier to rectify than that caused by Trump Nation melting into a full-blown destructive temper tantrum.

Caveat: I'm not saying with any cerrtainty that this would've been the case.

I am also taking the time to note that my Facebook friends feed is for the most part rather liberal. I have not seen one person, even in jest, suggest that the Democrats in the Senate do what the Republicans were stating in the event of a Clinton victory or state that we should be looking at our 2nd Amendment options.
