Although I only record my weigh-ins on a weekly basis, I actually weigh myself everyday when trying to lose weight. I've always done this and a month ago came news that validated my belief in doing this. I mention this because I'm starting to feel really upbeat about my first weekly weigh-in on Thursday.
The Eagles are basically done for the year. In order to get a playoff spot, they're now going to have to win the division given that they'll most likely lose any tiebreaker that decides who gets the wild card spots, and I just don't see this team pulling out the division now. Long story short: Let's go Flyers!
Haven't heard from anyone yet about the Kim Stanley Robinson signing. I guess I'm going solo.

I'm really looking forward to putting up the Christmas tree this year. Last year, Tank was absolutely enthralled by it and demanded that we turns the lights on first thing once he woke up and came downstairs to the living room. I just loved his reactions and can't wait to see them again. The other reason I'm looking forward to getting the tree up: the 2005 Hallmark sci-fi Christmas tree ornaments of mass destruction. This year, there's nothing on par with the Death Star, Borg Cube or Tie Fighter, but those who still lust after "slave" Leia from Return of the Jedi can now have her on their tree.
Topps Baseball Series #3 is due out tomorrow, and I'm glad that this is the last year that players can appear on a baseball card before they've actually made the big league roster. Looking over the checklist at Topps, it's obvious that they're trying to give one last burst of
