The key for me this week is not letting the stress over the Neon situation get to me so much that I feel the need to load up on my comfort foods. I usually try to make my "bad day" of eating during the weekend since it's generally harder to stick to my eating routine on those days. However, since I made yesterday my bad eating day for the week (I weighed in before embarking on caloric overload), I now have to stick to diet until the next weigh-in.
